GHT’s unique culture has contributed to the company’s foundation since our start in 1965 when founder, Goodie Taylor implemented a flexible schedule policy, so employees had the ability to make time for family commitments and important hobbies outside of work. As the years have gone by, this culture and sense of community at GHT has resulted in activities like, monthly happy hours, soccer and flag football leagues, Monday night run club, and GHT movie night.
