As a national partner for Strayer University, GHT has supported more than 100 educational facility projects, including the Raleigh learning center.

GHT provided MEP engineering design services for the renovation of Strayer University’s learning center in Raleigh, North Carolina. This project transformed an existing tenant space into a modern educational facility featuring classrooms, student support areas, faculty offices, consultation rooms, and administrative spaces.

The engineering design maximized the use of existing building systems, while supporting Strayer University’s operational and technology requirements. GHT delivered HVAC, power distribution, lighting, plumbing, and life safety system upgrades, including dedicated cooling for critical IT spaces, creating a comfortable, efficient, and code-compliant center that supports student learning, faculty collaboration, and daily campus operations.
