To support Novetta’s growing workforce and mission-focused operations, GHT provided MEP engineering design services for the renovation of its North Carolina office.
The workplace was reimagined to include open workstations, private offices, conference spaces, and a wellness room. The project also included support spaces for storage, reception, restrooms, and a dedicated LAN room for critical technology infrastructure.
As a company delivering advanced analytics, cyber, and mission-focused technology solutions, Novetta required a workplace that balanced employee collaboration with operational reliability. GHT designed MEP systems to support both occupant comfort and the organization’s technology needs, including dedicated computer room air conditioning (CRAC) units for the LAN room and split-system heat pumps serving the office space.
The completed renovation provides a modern, flexible, and technology-enabled environment that supports Novetta’s workplace and mission-critical operations.
