GHT provided energy modeling services for Allspring Global Investments’ office in Charlotte, North Carolina.

As Allspring Global Investments pursued LEED v4 ID+C Gold certification for its Charlotte office, GHT helped transform design decisions into measurable performance outcomes. The team developed a comprehensive energy model for the third-floor tenant space, comparing the proposed design against an ASHRAE 90.1-2010 baseline to demonstrate compliance with LEED energy performance requirements.

Using eQuest energy modeling software, GHT provided energy analyses, LEED documentation, and responses to reviewer comments throughout the certification process. Through close collaboration with the architect and owner, GHT helped advance Allspring’s sustainability goals and achievement of LEED Gold certification.
