Principal and Healthcare Practice Leader Megan Lubina brings nearly two decades of experience in mechanical engineering, project management, and client service to GHT.

Megan is known for building strong relationships and leading multidisciplinary engineering teams on a diverse portfolio of healthcare, commercial office, and institutional projects. Her experience includes notable projects such as Amazon HQ2, Friendship Hospital for Animals, and the AC Hotel.

As both a technical leader and a trusted advisor, Megan is passionate about helping clients identify high-performance solutions that align with their goals. Clients and industry partners value her patience, collaborative approach, and ability to navigate complex challenges with confidence. Megan is equally committed to developing the next generation of engineers. When Megan isn’t presenting on mechanical engineering design concepts or completing a large corporate headquarters project, she enjoys training for half marathons and trying out new Italian recipes.
