As Growth Manager, Anya drives corporate market sector and revenue growth by partnering with practice leaders to identify new opportunities, manage growth initiatives, and expand GHT’s reach in new and existing practice areas.
Given her insight and research into market trends, Anya works with each practice leader to cultivate partnerships that result in new connections, opportunities, and campaigns. In her role on the Corporate team, she collaborates with firm leaders to drive the strategy of GHT’s market and client growth.
Anya is a passionate advocate for elevating women in the industry. For the past two years, she served on the CREW Northern Virginia Board of Directors as the Professional Development Director. Next year, she will transition to the Membership Director role, driving membership recruitment, retention, and engagement. Anya’s industry involvement extends to other organizations, such as SMPS DC and CoreNet MidAtlantic, where she continues to unlock new opportunities and partnerships for GHT.
Outside of work, Anya enjoys weekend trips to the beach, practicing yoga, and spending time with friends and family.
