GHT is supporting ongoing projects at Crabtree Valley Mall, enhancing both the customer experience and the performance of one of Raleigh’s premier retail destinations.
Our team is providing MEP engineering design services for more than 200,000 SF of interior common-area renovations spanning the mall’s upper and lower levels. The work includes upgraded lighting, power modifications to support refreshed furnishings, plumbing improvements, and infrastructure enhancements at the Glenwood Entry. GHT is also addressing energy code compliance, electrical distribution design, and drainage improvements.
Simultaneously, GHT is leading the electrical engineering design for a campus-wide exterior lighting modernization effort across the mall’s 2.1 million SF property. This ongoing project includes surveying and upgrading lighting systems throughout parking decks, roadways, sidewalks, restaurant deck areas, and mall entryways. GHT is developing new power and control infrastructure while evaluating existing lighting control systems to improve performance, efficiency, and code compliance.
