As the Director of Project Management and Administration, Kristine provides critical project and client coordination that ensures our workload and deliverables stay on track.
She is responsible for and implements firmwide programming for project development, proposals, contracts, budgets, schedules, resource management, construction phase services, marketing, and staff training.
With nearly 30 years of experience in engineering, construction, and project management, Kristine is a respected leader at GHT. As a Principal on the Corporate Leadership Team, she helps shape the firm’s strategic direction while mentoring the next generation of leaders. Her commitment to empowering others is evident through her founding of the Ladies of GHT group.
Outside of work, Kristine enjoys playing pickleball and volunteering with Mama Dragons, an organization that supports, educates, and empowers mothers of LGBTQ+ children.
