Kristine Barr

As the Director of Project Management and Administration, Kristine provides critical project and client coordination that ensures our workload and deliverables stay on track.

She is responsible for and implements firmwide programming for project development, proposals, contracts, budgets, schedules, resource management, construction phase services, marketing, and staff training.

With nearly 30 years of experience in engineering, construction, and project management, Kristine is a respected leader at GHT. As a Principal on GHT’s Corporate Leadership team, Kristine plays a critical role in the firm’s strategic planning and mentorship of emerging leaders. Kristine’s passion for empowering others has manifested in her creation of the Ladies of GHT group and her active involvement on GHT’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Committee.

Outside of work, Kristine enjoys playing pickleball and volunteering with Mama Dragons, an organization that supports, educates, and empowers mothers of LGBTQ+ children.
