His passion for sustainable design, coupled with his extensive project portfolio of LEED and WELL-certified spaces, has resulted in the completion of remarkable projects throughout the DMV region.

As a project manager, Brad empowers his teams to meet and exceed project goals and works tirelessly with clients to manage budgets and schedules. His adaptability and expertise allow him to advise clients as project goals are refined from the concept phase through design completion. Not only is Brad an excellent designer and strategic partner, but he is also a respected leader within the firm. When Brad isn’t presenting on the latest WELL concepts, energy codes, or working on high-profile building designs, he enjoys spending time with his wife Amanda and their children making homemade pizzas and spending time outdoors.
