This repositioning project transformed 1771 N Street, NW into an amenity-rich, trophy-class office building.

The 60,000 SF building features high ceilings, exceptional office spaces, and an abundance of natural light, courtesy of the curved glass curtain wall on the southwest façade. In addition to the seven floors of office space, the development includes an entrance courtyard and a 2,300 SF penthouse space with an outdoor terrace.

Located in Dupont Circle, the building’s proximity to public transportation as well as local DC shops, restaurants, and landmarks, make it the ideal spot for companies and commuters alike. The development utilizes its walkability, coupled with its fitness studio amenity space, to promote its goal of enhancing occupant health and well-being.

The design played an integral role in the success of the development’s sustainability and wellness goals. Ultimately, enhanced indoor air quality strategies and the installation of new HVAC systems, including the use of DOAS, contributed to the building’s LEED Gold certification.
