The expansion of the Ingleside at Rock Creek campus includes the new construction of a 240,000 SF, seven story Independent Living (IL) and Assisted Living (AL) tower; 98,000 SF, four story health center; and a connector building with conference, meeting, and administrative space.
The HVAC infrastructure will feature a Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) system in the residential and medical buildings, which will increase energy efficiency. The IL/AL tower will featured dedicated floors for each service level, offering a total of 104 IL Units and 12 AL Units. It will also include a marketplace café and other support, amenity, and administrative spaces. The building will also feature 80,000 SF of parking on three levels.
The health center will feature exam rooms, physical therapy space, and guest rooms for long-term care patients. One story will be dedicated to Memory Support and two stories will provide Skilled Nursing residences.
The project also includes the renovation of the existing 10,000 SF McCracken building, which includes ancillary office space.
