The project team achieved a certification level of silver under the LEED for Core & Shell™ rating system.
Across Wilson Boulevard is the South Block, which achieved Certification under the LEED for New Construction & Major Renovations™ rating system. It features 83,579 SF of office space on nine floors and 38,333 SF of street level retail and restaurant options at 3030 Clarendon Boulevard. The 238,901 SF, 12-story Lyon Place at Clarendon Center at 1200 North Garfield Street offers 244 apartments, 471 underground parking spaces, and a second floor courtyard.
The new construction portions of the development were integrated closely with two existing buildings that were preserved as historic: the Underwood Building on the North Block and the Old Dominion Building on the South Block.
