Geoff brings nearly 30 years of experience in Human Resources, including organizational development, talent management, and employee engagement. He describes himself as a collaborative leader who builds diverse partnerships, deploys creative solutions and cultivates talent. As the Director of Human Resources, Geoff will be responsible for the development and execution of human resource initiatives that align with the firm’s strategic objectives and foster an environment of diversity, equity, inclusion, belonging and accessibility. He will serve as a collaborative partner to the corporate leadership team as they develop creative solutions and drive the strategic direction of our rapidly growing firm.
